At Lacceti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with all Lacceti tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
